I’ve never quite understood how school hours don’t match work hours, more so that it should be scalled back for us not more pressure on the kids, because lets face it, the schools don’t care about your deadlines, or when you have to keep them off half the week for a runny nose and swallow up that precious annual leave.
So what does “Freedom” really look like?
Choosing when to work, and loving the work I’m actually doing. Earning what you’re worth and knowing its building yours and your families future, not someone elses, and never missing the moments that matter.
